By opting in, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Ready Action Photobooth is authorized to send the photos taken during the event to the customer.

2. The customer has provided their contact information willingly for this purpose.

3. The photos may be used for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. The customer reserves the right to opt out or withdraw consent at any time by contacting Ready Action Photobooth.
